🍻 🇬🇧 – Pours a caramelized black that reminds me of American coffee and Coke. Texture is clear and happy with a high and retentive caramel head. Foam doesn’t dissipate throughout the drinking. Nice plethora of aromas on top with herbal and sweetish hues that mix with the coffee background. Some waves of DMS notes ruin a tiny bit the experience. Body is medium, almost too thin, with a medium/high carbonation. Bitterness and sweetness balance each other with a sharp coffee flavor up front surrounded by caramel, toasted nuts and a smoky background. Aftertaste is where the hops jump in with a resinous residue. Coffee still lingers in the end.
🍻 🇮🇹 – Versa un nero caramellato che ricorda il caffè americano e la Coca Cola. Texture limpida e vivace con una schiuma alta e persistente che non sparisce mai durante la bevuta. Un bel ventaglio di aromi in cima con sfumature erbacee e dolciastre che si mischiano allo sfondo di caffè. Qualche nota di DMS rovina un pelino l’esperienza.. il corpo è forse troppo esile con una carbonazione medio alta. Amaro e dolciastro si equilibrano bene con un gusto di caffè tagliente davanti circondato da caramello, frutta secca tostata e uno sfondo affumicato. Nel retrogusto appare la luppolatura, con un residuo resinoso. Il caffè persiste fino alla fine.
