🍻 🇬🇧 – Pours a deep gold, with a veiled/cloudy texture, crisp carbonation and floating residues. Head is thin, whitish, with tiny air bubbles and amazing retention. On top, aromas are a wonderful combination of berries and floral and citrusy waves given by the hops. Then you feel a hint of milk and bread as the fruits start to fade. First sip is a tornado of flavors with berries and sweetness up front but followed immediately by the hoppy and herbal hues. Body is quite thin with high carbonation and an aftertaste that reminds you that you’re drinking a DDH where some hints of banana and lemon push through. Not too complex overall considering all the esthers. Amazing beer.

🍻 🇮🇹 – Versa un dorato intenso, con texture velata, carbonatazione eccitante e residui in sospensione. La schiuma è sottile, biancastra, con piccole bollicine e ritenzione favolosa. Al naso, gli aromi sono una spettacolare combinazione di frutti di bosco e onde floreali e agrumate date dalla luppolatura. Arriva poi anche una punta di latte e pane. Il primo sorso è un tornado di gusti con la dolcezza delle bacche in testa, seguita immediatamente dalle sfumature erbacee del luppolo. Il corpo è abbastanza esile, frizzante e con un retrogusto che ti ricorda che stai bevendo una DDH dove, a un certo punto, arrivano anche spintarelle di limone e banana. Non così complessa, alla fine, considerando tutti gli esteri. Birra fantastica.
