If sense it had, I’d explain the hearth’s warm light,
That moment you appear and my (he)art takes flight,
And like a horde of spiders in their crawl,
Another dream ascends, from chest to eyes of salt.
Approach I do, as always, clear and bold,
Yet in this murky corner, truth untold,
Even sweet reason flees its sacred hold,
Amongst foolish heart’s phrases, I’m enfold
For you’re not, nor will you ever be my all,
For if, by chance, I stray from common lore,
I’d be just a sun, admiring, deep and tall,
Your face, the galaxy of love I’d forever adore.
