🍻 🇬🇧 Pours a pale straw yellow with veiled and joyful texture. The head is white, compact and with great retention. On top, banana and an echo of citrus, firm yet pleasant with a veil of yeast and flowers. First sip is sharp due to the high carbonation with banana and wheat that settles in first position, followed by a gentle clove wave. The spicy background persist during the drink accompanied by hues of grass and bread. Body is round and a relatively creamy. Finish is dry with weak echoes of hop. Balanced, easy and satisfying.

🍻 🇮🇹 Versa un paglierino chiaro con texture velata e vivace. La schiuma è bianca, compatta e dall’ottima ritenzione. Al naso, banana e un eco di agrumi, decisi ma piacevoli con un velo di lievito e fiori. Il primo sorso è affilato per l’alta carbonatazione con la banana e il frumento che si prendono la scena, seguiti da una gentile onda di chiodi di garofano, in pure stile Hefeweizen. Lo sfondo speziato persiste durante la bevuta accompagnato da sfumature erbacee e di pane. Il corpo è tondo e relativamente cremoso. Il finale è secco con deboli eco di luppolo. Bilanciata, semplice e soddisfacente.
